If you’re like me, you want to know what I use as guiding beliefs. So here they are in no particular order. Feel free to print them out for yourself and post them!
Basic Beliefs
- The body wants to heal. If something is not right, we need to figure out what is in the way of that happening.
- When in doubt, start tapping! Meridian tapping is an amazing tool. Learn this and you can conquer anything! (OK, so almost anything!)
- Real food. No low fat! No fake fat either! We need good fats. If you’re scared of fats (like most of us) then start tapping. No added sugars. No empty carbs. Real food.
- Food should taste good. Period.
- Inflammation is a very big deal.
- Sleep is also a very big deal.
- Pay attention to insulin response.
- “Good” means “good for you”
- Yes there is a list of “bad” foods, it’s very short. The big and very important question is: What is good for you right now? This is not just about food. It’s about everything.
- The value of a program has to do with how workable it is for you. Let’s make this work for you!
