You may be pleased/surprised at the variety of food options suggested here. Again, there is not “one size fits all” when it comes to food! You will need to muscle test to figure out what the best thing is for you right now.
Releasing weight is mostly not about food! Of course, you want to support yourself by eating food that helps instead of hinders your progress. Not paying attention to food choices is like putting your foot on the brake and gas pedal at the same time. And, did you know that when you eat what is equally important!
Initially, muscle test for the things on the list below and write down which of them gets a “yes” answer. It is quite possible to have more than one yes answer. Follow the links to read about what they entail. Sometimes this gets a bit overwhelming.
