This is not a guide to quick weight loss. That kind of thing always rebounds, and you end up gaining more than you lose. Not good! This is a multi-pronged program, tailored for you.

This is a guide to help you figure out what will work for you, for the long haul. It is not just about food (but of course we have information on food), not just about supplements (with suggestions for you there too), not just about exercise (what and why and how and what to expect), not just about emotional eating (with a proven release for that). This approach is about all of that and more, totally focused on you, and your needs.
